Osseo Area Schools serves all or parts of eight communities in the northwest suburbs of Minneapolis: Brooklyn Center, Brooklyn Park, Corcoran, Dayton, Osseo, Plymouth, Maple Grove and Rogers. The vibrant qualities of each of these unique areas set their district apart.

Osseo Area Schools

As Minnesota’s fifth-largest school district, Osseo Area Schools serves eight communities, including Brooklyn Center, Brooklyn Park, Corcoran, Dayton, Maple Grove, Osseo, Plymouth and Rogers. Magnet programs—such as Health Science, International Baccalaureate (IB), Arts enrichment, STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math), and STEAM (STEM plus Arts)—are available at the elementary, middle and senior high levels in several schools.

Students in Osseo Area Schools also reflect the global community, coming from homes where more than 100 dialects or languages other than English are spoken. Diverse demographics contribute to rich, real-life learning environments that prepare students for the 21st century workplace.
